The Full Story:
About Aaron and Levi Thornbrugh
The owners of Triad Construction Management Company, father-son duo Aaron and Levi have 30+ years of experience in Commercial, Civil, and Residential construction.
Aaron Thornbrugh
Aaron “Mule” Thornbrugh started in civil construction in the late 80’s and has a diversified background in the civil construction world. His career path has allowed him to gain knowledge in fields from working on cross country oil and gas pipelines to running multimillion-dollar civil construction companies.
Over the last two decades, Aaron has been involved primarily with large scale development in residential subdivisions and commercial projects at home here in NWA.
Aaron started Triad Construction Management LLC (TCM) with a friend and business partner in 2019. Two years later he purchased the company from his partner.
Through this company, he offers consulting and construction management services on behalf of investors looking for large scale commercial and residential developments in the area. These services include managing
the relationships between investors and general contractors and the various municipalities. Through his vast knowledge of the area and his work with TCM, he found there was a definite need for quality general contracting. He started Triad General Contractors, LLC in 2023.

Aaron has built a strong team of experienced personnel in Triad to manage the structural division of the company that does new construction and remodel of residential and commercial buildings primarily in the Benton County area. We are proud to be a family owned and operated company providing concept to completion services to our clientele.
When Aaron isn’t chasing the dream in construction, he is chasing trout on the White River, redfish in the Gulf of Mexico or elk in the Rockies. Whatever the playtime, it’s outdoors!
Levi Thornbrugh
Levi Thornbrugh lives in Rogers, Arkansas with his wife Diamond, and his 3 Fur babies, Duck, Luna, and Milo.
Levi just recently moved back home after spending the last 7 years traveling for work.
During that time traveling the country, Levi worked as an electrician building Tyson processing plants, and as a General Contracting Superintendent managing multi-million-dollar remodels of Walmart stores.
Levi works with the teams around him to ensure that
deadlines are met, and the quality of work is nothing short of perfection.
